1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Additional duties may be assigned by the Plant Manager.
Study reports as needed to determine priorities, work assignments and directing the workforce to accomplish daily operations of the Fittings Warehouse.
Oversee all Fittings Warehouse operations to insure compliance, accuracy and condition of the facility.
Manage and research methods of improvement for daily operations.
Manage the Fittings Warehouse team responsibilities and schedules to insure success in daily operations of receiving, warehousing, shipping, fitting production support and inventory control.
Utilize positive motivation of team members to track, improve process and develop warehouse personnel.
Optimize efficient warehouse storage.
Conduct cycle count activities and research variances in inventory and recommend inventory correction and adjustments.
Support Fitting Production department through material handling, timely work order completion and helping when possible.
Enforce safety regulations.
Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching for improvement and administer discipline when necessary within JM Eagle company guidelines including verbal, written and dismissal of employees.
Select appropriate sales orders by product availability and ship dates to insure timely shipment.
Insure that the selected sales orders are hard copied in the Fittings Warehouse and that the same orders are available in the WMS system.
Prepare packing lists and Bill of Ladings for LTL shipments.
Utilize UPS World Ship software to ship appropriate packages.
Keep records of Fittings Warehouse shipping activities including UPS and LTL shipments.
Respond to material handling equipment problems by investigating the issues and contacting the maintenance department for repairs or if necessary contacting a material handling equipment maintenance company.
Is responsible for keeping in compliance with the JM Eagle T.H.M. (Total Housekeeping Management) program.
2. Quality.
The employee will aim for zero defects in Mfg., building qualify and reliability info the product, and provide
the customer with outstanding compliant products, as well as a continual drive for improvement.
The employee shall follow the guidelines set forth by the Qualify Management System (ISO 9001:2008).
3. Safety.
The employee will be required to follow company safety rules and regulations, including all OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) regulations. All employees are required to wear steel-toed shoes, eye protection and hearing protection in designated areas at all times.

2 years of college or equivalent. Injection molding experience

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employee must be able to use depth perception and peripheral vision.
