As Traffic Coordinator, you'll serve as the right-hand person to our West Coast Traffic Manager expertly dispatching carriers to ensure full truck loads and on-time shipments. You'll also stay on top of all insurance and proof of delivery paperwork and file and update information for all carriers in our system. To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will bring cool-headed poise and thrive on solving new problems and challenges daily; the ideal candidate will bring a high voltage personality, flexible, team player attitude and integrate well with our team as we believe the winner's edge is in the attitude, not aptitude.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll be based out of our Los Angeles office (we have purchased a 10-story building near LAX, close to the 405 & 105 to make commuting a cinch). As you come on board, you'll attend a 3-week comprehensive training session at our New Jersey office and possibly visit other plants for additional training. During the first year, you'll focus on accomplishing the following objectives: In a nutshell, you'll spend about 80% of your time dispatching orders and working with trucking companies; and the remaining 20% on driving improvements.
