The Inside Sales role provides a high level of customer service to assigned clients. Accountable for daily order entry, scheduling, and resolving customer disputes and complaints. A successful Inside Sales candidate will be responsible for customers’ requests and building long term relationships with clients. Maintain and improve knowledge of all JM Eagle products and services, and on competitors’ offerings. Inside Sales is responsible for addressing client support issues internally with senior management.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

College degree required. Possess 3-7+ years of inside/outside sales experience. Previous commercial/industrial sales or engineering experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Internet/Intranet experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups (employees or customers).
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
