SUMMARY
Responsible for administrating the Marketing and Sales SOP for the RGA/RGM and Credit Advice process as well as analyzing and manipulating raw data into usable and meaningful tools based on input and requirements provided by all departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with the Marketing and Business Planning Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager to determine requirements and priorities on a daily basis.
Extracts data from necessary sources including the AS400 in order to accomplish goals.
Develops accurate charts, graphs, spreadsheets, presentations and reports from extracted data.
Maintains organized files of all material developed in order to utilize it for future projects or reference.
Verifies, routes and records RGM forms.
Follows standard SOP ensuring all returns are processed in a timely manner.
Prepare and distribute the Monthly Driver Report.
Prepares IRAs as required.
Assists with VIP and Incentive programs when needed.
Assists with Pricing Management when needed.
Assists with Sales Force Supports when needed.
Assists with Order Expediting when needed.
Acts as a back up for Marketing Release.
Suggest and implement process improvements in order to continuously streamline operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A four-year college degree (or equivalent work experience) with experience in extracting and manipulating data is required (preferably from an AS400). Word, PowerPoint, Access and advanced Excel abilities are necessary. Knowledge of SQL is desired. Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of market segments, distribution and pricing is ideal.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Possess intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Advanced Excel, and Outlook.Internet/Intranet experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups (employees or customers).
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
