The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department function, enhances marketing campaigns / projects, and provides communications support to the Marketing department.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
 
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or the equivalent, and one (1) to two (2) years of related experience and/or training or equivalent.  Prior experience in corporate Social Media account coordination, Google analytics, and other statistical tracking programs is a plus.
 
COMPUTER SKILLS
Possess intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and proficiency with PC and Mac platforms and tools. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is a plus.
 
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.  The ability to present ideas effectively using both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
 
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Abilities to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
