ELECTRICIAN
JM Eagle, world’s largest PVC Pipe Manufacturer, is looking for an Industrial Electrician with 3-5 years experience preferably in an industrial setting to maintain and ensure continuous high performance and improvement to its existing electrical systems and machinery at its Batchelor, LA facility.
Responsibilities:
This individual must possess the ability to install, troubleshoot, test, perform upgrades and preventative maintenance repairs and maintain all electrical systems, electronic components and power distribution systems to its production and packaging equipment. Must have working knowledge and troubleshooting skills for motor control centers, AC & DC motor drives, relay logic, P.L.C. control systems and maintain mechanical drives, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic controls
Individual will have the ability to comprehend and follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints and detect safety hazards, equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly while working with minimal supervision.

Safety awareness and adherence to policies and procedures and safe working practices; i.e., lockout/tagout
Proficient in electrical installation, maintenance and repair in all settings
Knowledge of electrical tools, i.e., Ohmmeter, multi-meter, MegOhmMeter
Computer skills
