HR Coordinator’s job entails providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR function in specific areas during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development. HR Coordinator supports the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources in providing a comprehensive HR service to managers and staff within the organization.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  COMPUTER SKILLS
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Operate office equipment such as, PC/Printer, Photocopier, and a Fax
 
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal written communication skills are required. Must be comfortable presenting and leading training in front of large number of groups.
 
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Abilities to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
